I admit I have problem feet. These shoes tick so many boxes in my quest to find comfortable shoes that I bought a second pair and may buy a third (hint, more colors please). High enough arch? Check. Right amount of cushioning i.e. not too much because of plantar fasciitis and stability? Check. A wide width that also gives extra room on the outside of the foot for a Tailor's Bunion? Check. Neutral stance? Check -- I don't pronate or supinate. Sufficient heel to toe drop to prevent plantar fasciitis flare-ups? Check. Now here's something amazing; I don't need my orthotics with these shoes, The double arch support from the insole and from the foot bed itself is sufficient, and that's good because if you wear orthotics, they won't fit in this model shoe. Right. That extra foot bed arch prevents using orthotics, at least for me. But hey, not needing them because the shoe does the work is great! I could go on because I LOVE these shoes! Oh, they run very big. I usually wear a 10 but the 9 1/2 is roomy on me.

Comfort!
I just got these and they are so cute but most importantly they are super comfortable. They fit great and feel great on my feet but as far as longevity I can not really say yet as I just got them but I have a feeling these will be my new favourits!

Returning due to uncomfortable tongue material
I bought two pairs of Ryka running shoes and am returning this pair. The fit is good and the quality is great, but the tongues of these shoes are not padded where they touch the fronts of my ankles. As an atheletic foam material, the tongue edge feels thin and slightly rigid — pushing into my ankles. For the price, I want complete comfort. The tongues annoy my comfort. I opted to keep the Ryka Devotion X Lace Up shoes instead.
Not impressed!
This new soft Qfoam is pretty nice, but this new shoe needs improvement. The toe drop is a bit too much, causing pressure on the ball of the feet. That pairs with not enough cushion depth in the forefoot. But the biggest disappointment for me is the new arch shape inside! Yikes, it's not in the usual "normal" place of the Rykas I love, but back towards the front/inside of the heels -- and it's hard, in spite of the cushy insert. Felt like a hard ball, or lump, sitting underneath my arches. The Wide was roomy enough, and it's true to size.
