Sneakers took forever to arrive and when they finally got here, I was disappointed to see that they were worn and the bottoms were black. Sent them back and spoke to customer service who explained that they have quality control (yea, ok) and that they were shipping another pair.

Didn't run true to size

I bought these based on reviews that said they ran true to size. I'm a 9.5M so that's what I ordered. But they're 1/2 size too small so back they go. I'm bummed because now they don't have this shoe in a 10M. Took a long time for me to receive them because of delays, guessing weather. Anyway, shoe was comfortable and has good arch support, very lightweight. Perfect for me if only they fit.
