Light weight for a puffer jacket

I ordered this jacket for my grand daughter in white with metallic, multi-color stars. Now I'm seeing quite a few negative comments which makes me sad. I will share the feedback with my daughter and thank people for their advice.

Zipper broke after a few uses. I feel like it ran a big small too. Cheap

Cheap quality coat fell apart after washing

This coat is very cheap quality. My daughter fell in mud and got it dirty. I washed it per instructions on the coat itself. Upon taking out of the washing machine, the coat was torn at the seams in three different places, leaving huge holes with stuffing falling out. I immediately contacted customer support to see if I could replace or obtain a refund as my daughter only got to wear it one time the day I got it. They informed me they could not and would not give me a refund or replacement since the item was used. So now I’m stuck with a coat that cannot be mended as the lining is cheap and thin. This coat is not worth the price at all. I have photos but cannot upload for whatever reason.

Cute and Cozy

Runs small. Had to go up a size. Its a waist length jacket. Best for the fall weather. Otherwise its cute and cozy.
