damaged item zipper

Damage zipper, was a Christmas gift for my grand daughter per customer service nothing could be done , Macy should have a grantee on the items on return items. I’m very surprised on the review I’m going to make sure I spend my money elsewhere.

narrow

I bought more than a size up daughter is going into a 7/8 so i bought a 8/10 so glad this fits so narrow not much room to move around. Warning!! fits small but long but its rwally nice coat
