Cute and made well ...

This coat is really cute. G-baby loves it. Lost 1 star because it runs small and was a hassle to return. My tiny 3.5 yo ended up needing the size 6.

Dismal fail, Nacy’s

Asking me to review this “purchase” is the last straw. Ordered online for store pickup. Six days later I started getting a series of please pickup your order messages. Went to the Saugus MA location yesterday to pick it up, 4 days before the final pickup date and was told that they couldn’t find my order. We were given a “customer accommodation” voucher which I tried to use last night for an online order, and got an invalid coupon error message on every attempt to use. I’ll be shopping elsewhere in the future.
