Disappointed

Macys sent the wrong size, I ordered a 9 and was sent and 8. It looks like this has happened to other people. And now my size is sold out 😕

super cute and comfortable!

I read many reviews before buying these to get the sizing right. For me these run big, I have skinny narrow feet and Im usually an 8 (nikes). I bought size 38 (7 us) and they fit perfectly with some room, if I would have gotten an 8, they probably would be slipping off.

Size up and super comfortable

I ordered size 9 and it arrived size 39 in EU size, and it is actually 8 in US. So size up! Thankfully it fits me and it is the most comfortable flats that I ever had!

DISAPPOINTED

I was sent the wrong size. So not pleased. As much as these shoes cost. The company needs to make sure they are fulfilling the order correctly. I sent them a direct message regarding the mistake. They have not responded to my message. ALOHAS you need to do better.
