Disappointed
I am so disappointed with this product, not only was I unable to return it or get a store credit for it, it was to small. Now I have a coat I can't not wear but can't return. Don't buy it because it runs small and you would be stuck with something you can not return. And macys did not offer any solutions. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
S13 coat
Devi, Devi, Devi! Let me tell you — she’s an absolute doll. I came out with my great-niece on a full-blown mission to find her a winter coat. We quite literally went all over New York — Roosevelt Field, Green Acres, Queens Center, you name it. absolutely fell in love with the Women’s Chalet Faux-Fur-Trim Hooded Belted Puffer Coat — but of course, they didn’t have her size. Now, any New Yorker knows when Green Acres pops up as “in stock,” you grit your teeth and say a little prayer before stepping in. But we were determined. We searched high and low, and that’s when we met Devi. We told her what we were looking for, and she immediately typed in the coat number. Only one left in the system. Most people would’ve shrugged — but not Devi. She hustled. She searched. And when she didn’t find it right away, she called over another associate with a scanner gun. Ten minutes later — boom, she found the last coat! And get this — she’s not even in coats, she’s in the bra department. I’m telling you, she’s in the wrong department because she’s an absolute boss. Thanks to her, my great-niece won’t be freezing this winter. Devi, you deserve a raise, a crown, and maybe your own department. Thank you for puting a smile on our faces.

Nice jacket!
Beautiful jacket, but I found a little uncomfortable the fact that doesn’t have a zipper, but buttons. It’s very warm. This is my second S13 jacket.

Runs very small
Even an XL was too small. The hood is attached and the fur is faux. The material of the jacket too shiny. I wanted to like it, saw another lady try it on at the store and it looked great on her.

Runs extremely small. I went up a few sizes and it was still snug. Wish it was true to size or came in even larger sizes. Very light weight. More fashionable than functional. Definitely not worth full price since it isn't warm. Hood was pretty well made.
High hopes didn't materialize
I had high hopes for this jacket, but it fell short in several key areas. While it looked perfect in pictures, the reality was disappointing. It's heavy, lacks water resistance, and the belt has a tendency to open on its own and detach from the jacket. Additionally, the hood is overly large and overpowering. Regrettably, I had to return it.
