Quality has declined, second purchase was not good

This is my second S 13 coat purchase. The first one I bought three years ago was great. However, this one has compromised on quality. The zippers won’t go up and down easily. The snaps won’t close easily. It’s the identical jacket, but the materials used have declined. It’s not a one off either because I bought and returned this one from Macy’s then I purchased the same one elsewhere and it has the same issues. S13 Needs to get their act together on quality.

The fabric is cheap and tore after two months

The coat was comfortable and attractive for the first couple of wearing's, then I coughed and the fabric tore. Turns out the coat is made of cheap fabric and not worth the price.

I really love the jacket I just wish I would have ordered the small it’s just a little big on me . I typically do not wear bulky sweaters. I purchased the medium .

True to size, I love it

Runs extremely small./ Sizing off. Recommend ordering a couple sizes larger than normal size.Wish it came in Larger sizes.
