To hard

This area rug was thin and hard, making it hard to get roll marks from shipping to fall out. The backing was not good for the hard floor of family room basement flooring: it slid too easily, even with carpet tacking down tape.

We apologize that you've experienced this issue with your rug. We recommend reverse rolling your rug for up to 24 hours to allow fibers to assume their normal direction.
