Wrinkled rug

I love the pattern of the rug but it was so wrinkled with so many creases in it that I’m not sure if it will ever lay flat. I should have returned it.

Hi there, Packing and shipping may cause temporary creases in area rugs. To remove them back-roll/reverse roll your rug and allow time for the creases to relax. We also recommend that you refer to our video on how to remove creases - How to Remove Creases from Indoor-Outdoor Rugs. Just remember these creases are not permanent! We hope this information helps!
