Mildew rug

Rug was totally stinking of mildew immediately upon opening pkg. Beautiful rug TOTALLY mildewed. Rolled back up and repackaged but took hours to get the horrible smell and fumes of mildew out of our house. A horrible experience. But called Macys who were very responsive and arranged for pickup the very next day. I WILL NEVER order a rug from Macy's or any other place again. SHAME ON YOU SAFAVIEH.
