Pile height not consistent

Ordered this runner in both 2x8' and 2x10' which were shipped from different locations. Both had specified pile height of .39'. The 2x8' carpet was fine, but the pile on the 2x10' was half the height. Both were shipped rolled up, and the 2x10' was almost half the size! Really a nice design, but very disappointed in the overall quality of the item.

Wrong Color

the rug is nice but the color is Not Navy, it is a light shade of blue, not even close to Navy, looks so different in person to online i had to double check that they sent the correct rug
