Favore Sofia blue rug

Rug is very good quality and very beautiful. We are not returning this product but was concerned about the protocol for making a return. Directions said rug had to be returned in original packaging. There is no way that could happen. Outer wrapping was attached to inside tape and ripped as we removed from packaging. It would have been impossible to return in original packaging. Luckily we didn’t return it but it was concerning. Not sure I would order another large rug for that reason.
