Still waiting for the purse!

I purchased the tote bag 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for it. I sent an email to customer service and I have not received a response. It's totally unprofessional and unacceptable from the shipper's side.

Very functional

Size is great, pockets for phone and sunglasses are great and the zip pockets keep me organized, If it didn't SCREAM "I'm not leather" I would totally love it. It looks very plastic to me although the retro embossed pattern is cute. I'll use it but I'm not real proud of it. I have been spoiled by Coach leather but their bags are not as well designed for functionality and they certainly are a lot more expensive..
