What I Ordered ISN'T What I Got

My review is more about what happened, than the item that I ordered since I didn't use the item that I received. Therefore, I can't really give a review for it. My last few orders from Macy's haven't gone well. With this order, I placed my order for the tote handbag with the butterflies on it. When my order arrived, this isn't what I received. They sent me a different tote handbag. So, I had to go through the hassle of returning it due to their mistake. And, of course, the item that I originally ordered is no longer available. It was available when I ordered it. Due to their mistake, I missed out. With a different previous order, I ordered a sweater in size Medium. They sent me an XL. Again, I had to go through the hassle of returning it due to their mistake. When I called Macy's about this problem, that gal that I talked to sent me a return shipping label and told me to take it to a UPS shipping location. I asked her if I have to have it boxed and ready to ship. She replied saying 'no' just take it to the UPS shipping facility and they will take care of it for me. I took it to the UPS facility, stood in line for 30 minutes and found out that I needed to have my item in a box and ready to ship. UGH! I love shopping at Macy's, but this is getting ridiculous. Twice, in the last couple of months, I've had two problems with orders and have had to use my time and my gas to fix their mistakes. I'm not sure that I want to order from Macy's online again.

Great shopping and all-day tote

I bought this and a matching wallet to use for day long shopping adventures. I can throw literally anything I need into the tote and one of the full size wallets holds all my cards as well as my cell phone. Cute and practical!
