delivery people ring bell

I am sure this product is good all of macy's products are above the rest.......But there was a problem the delivery was made I saw the picture but someone took the package over-night and I was never able to taste these cookies... I ask the delivery people to ring my bell and they never do....I even have a sign in front " ALL DELIVERIES RING BELL" but they never do maybe next time.
