Shipped With Security Tag Attached

This jacket arrived with the security tag still attached, which is a serious fulfillment error. My child wore it before we noticed, causing embarrassment and unnecessary risk. I contacted Macy’s by email and through the website and provided photos, but I have not received a response or resolution. This should never happen, and the lack of follow-up is disappointing.
