Used items sold as new

These were sold to me used. Marks all over the bottom of the shoes. I went to return them because I’m not paying full price for a used item and the lady said she couldn’t take them back because they were used. I argued with her that they came like that and that I didn’t use them, someone else did. She refused until I asked for a manager and the manager okayed the return. This is a terrible position to put a customer in, to be accused for using an item in front of other people. It was embarrassing and not okay! Do better and check the items you’re selling.

Love these!

This is my second pair of Hazel heels. I’m just over 40 and really appreciate that these are comfortable, classy (pointed but not elongated), and still fun. The heel height and width are perfect for me. I also love suede heels and SE always has great suede colors and prints. These may be the only heel I buy from now on- why keep looking when I’ve found it.
