Arrived scuffed and worn

So disappointing... as we're all confined to our homes, the arrival of new Spring shoes-- and the hopes of actually being able to wear them someday soon!-- are a welcome bright spot. But these arrived already worn and sadly scuffed. Too depressed to return. Ugh.

Wrinkled zipper cladding

Can’t believe it’s brand new shoes and quality with such price. There were traces of wearing on the leather. Also the cladding of zipper is wrinkled seriously. I’m no joking, just totally disappointed on the gift for myself.
