Forced to pay for one she

Ordered shoe and had it delivered to my local store in NC. Received one shoe so can’t speak for both. From the one shoe I tried on, it seemed easily scratched and stretched.

Runs a bit large

Love the shoe. They are pretty and comfortable. My main con is they are a little wide and run a little large. I’m a medium width and a size 11. my feet slide right thru the top. I bought another pair a size smaller and they fit better both on the width and the sizing. They are still a little large width wise for me.
