White and off-white on the same dress?

White and off-white on the same dress? Strange fabric or damaged. The belt was a weird shade of off-white. Almost looked dirty, but it wasn’t. It was brand new in original packaging from the warehouse. But not only was the belt a weird shade of yellow there were parts of the dress that were as well. I took a few pictures, but it’s hard to tell with the lighting. On top of that address just didn’t have the quality I was expecting from designer. I don’t recommend this dress at all.
