Torn
The shoe is true to size and comfortable. The low rating is because the color on the sides of both shoes are faded. If it wasn’t for this, this shoe would be stunning.

Disappointed
I bought those two months ago, and this are very hard work walk, and the shoe sole is made of an extremely hard and noisy material. That’s the reason I only use twice. I really disappointed about the shoes

Gorgeous but runs small
This shoe is beautiful no doubt but it definitely runs small or fits differently than their other styles. I ordered my normal size 7.5 but in this shoe it appears to be narrow, tight and thus uncomfortable. I would recommend with a warning to size up.

Cute, but extremely tight
I have 5 pairs of the Loraine loafer in size 6 1/2 so I ordered this one thinking it was going to feel the same... but the Caylia Loafer is extremely uncomfortable. They're SUPER tight even on me, I have very skinny feet.

Loafers
I was super excited to receive this package today but once I opened them I was truly disappointed. I thought they’d be new. They had scratches all over. Returning tomorrow.

Need improve quality
Love the style. But there is a small scratch on the right shoe top and the left insole is a bit rough. The quality is under my expectation.
