Horrible
I absolutely LOVED these shoes. They were for my Mother of the Bride shoes. An hour before I had to walk down the aisle I felt like the one shoe heel was giving out. It was horrible. It was "Bending" gradually! I tiptoed down the aisle and then threw them out. So disappointing.

Runs way too small
Shoe. Runs very small, even with a bigger size
Beautiful but...
The shoe was beautiful but it was extremely painful. I went with this heel because it's strappy and thought the height wasn't as high as other heels I saw online = more comfortable. I was wrong. I had to buy insoles to support the balls of my feet. It also kept rubbing on my pinky toe. There were also not enough holes to buckle the shoe so I had to create more holes because of how loose the shoe fit. I've only worn these shoes once and honestly don't know when I'll wear them again. Maybe if I have to do minimal walking. Also the cap on one of the heels has completely twisted. How? I don't know. I tried to turn it back but it won't rotate. This is after ONE WEAR. Tried to add a photo but it wouldn't let me.

I Wear a size 9.5, glad I sized you to a 10 and it’s fits perfectly. I have long and narrow feet so it was a little loose with the straps but I love shoes regardless!

Nice, but too low heel
They look nice and fit well, but I wish the heel was taller
