Disappointment

Total disappointment , the shoes arrived late and the soles were dirty!!!! Nowhere on the product description or during checkout was it mentioned that the item might be used, damaged, or in less-than-new condition. I expected to receive a brand-new pair of shoes, as shown on your website

Cute shoe runs narrow and short

I sized up and they were still a bit to short. The front straps over the toes are a little narrow. I used to love 4-5 inch heels but just can’t do it anymore. These have a very pretty design and perfect height.

Pretty but not comfy

Pretty shoes but too narrow in front to wear for more than a few minutes. Uncomfortable. And I do not have a wide foot.

Used shoes

I was super shocked to open the box and find shoes with black scuff marks on the bottom that had very clearly been worn, and for an extended period not just tried on. In addition, the shoes were just thrown in the box with no tissue paper or wrapping. Looked like someone took them off their feet and threw them in the box. Imagine my surprise when I went to write this review and saw the EXACT same situation reported by another customer this week with these same shoes. Macy’s did you just throw the used shoes into a box and send them to me after this other person returned them?? Gross. Super disappointing.

Very disappointed

I received my shoes in a timely manner but unfortunately they had been worn and had scuff marks as well as a big gouge in the heel. The shoes themselves were pretty and fit nice. Wish they had not come to me previously worn.
