Very soft leather
The boot is cute, however the zipper tag is not strong and broke with ease when trying to zip them. Not a true wide calf for my size.

Worst boots ever! Never buy!
I bought this boots a few days ago. I was happy when it arrived, but never thought that not only is the package severely damaged, but also was the boots stained with dusts. Despite all that, it gave me the wrong size, very uncomfortable, and prone to causing blisters. Never buy this product and never recommend! You will definitely regret buying this hurtful garbage!

Cute, but run big.
I bought the beige in size 9, and they fit huge on me. I added an insert on top of the insert already in the shoe to see if that would help, but my heel keeps sliding up in the boot when I walk. I’m normally a size 9 in SE shoes, but for some reason these fit way too big on me. The width is fine, adjustable with shoe strings.

I wear a size 9 in shoes and bought a 91/2 in the boots and they are very comfortable
