Really sad didnā€™t fit!

I have multiple pairs of Sam E sneakers and LOVE them but these missed the mark. They are adorable, the perfect color burgundy! BUT the heel was WAY too big! When I stand in the shoe I can insert my finger and slide all the way around my heel on the inside of the shoe due to way too much room. It want a case of them being too long, it was like the heel was made for extremely large heels. I just Donā€™t understand honestly. Iā€™ve never ever tried on a shoe that fit like that. Maybe mine was an anomaly?! Also the shoe was not super comfortable in the insole so because of both of those issues I didnā€™t want to take the chance with returning and ordering again. Very sad about it because loved the color and style!!
