pretty but scratchy

I love the print, its beautiful. But the neck has two sets of ties which didn't lay nicely on the neck. I could have removed one set of ties at the collar but the fabric of the blouse was too scratchy. I know I would be irritated by lunch time if I wore this to work, so unfortunately I will be returning this.
