Too narrow/got only 1 boot in the box
Besides the fact that I got only 1 boot in the box, I have no idea how one is supposed to put it on. Extremely narrow, the thing in the back that should help you putting it on is so tight that my female thing finger won t gonthrough

MACYS FAILED! I received TWO RIGHT FEET!
Unbelievable! I ordered the Sam Edelman Womens Laguna Cozy Pull-On Short Boots and received TWO RIGHT FEET. One RIGHT FOOT in a size 9 and the other RIGHT FOOT in a size 9 1/2. You can't make this up! There was no customer service phone number to contact, so I had to go to the macys.com's chat. Not sure if that was ai or a human, but this situation was poorly handled. Eventually, I received an email to confirm the return with the reason as INCORRECT ITEM. The ai chat did NOT offer to re-send the boot in the right size. I went to the store in person to return the boots. Even the store associates were baffled. I went to the shoe department to return the boots. The shoe dept sales person told me to go to customer service to give them the boots. I went to customer service and even they were baffled about this situation. It's as if the store did not want to take the boots back!! They said oh this is macys.com, we don't have this boot in the store. Again, there was no offer to rectify this horrible shopping experience! Not in the chat and not in store. I really wanted these boots. The reason they got 1 star is because there was no option for a BIG FAT ZERO!!
