Bad experience at ladies shoes dept

The product per se is good. But the associate, I think his name is Jose, was rude, discorteous and arrogant. Told my wife that I well never visit that department again.

Runs long and a little narrow

These are beautiful - love the style and color but they do run long (about 1/2 size) and narrow at the top.

Classic loafer

This loafer is perfect ! I sized down a half size. The color is just what I wanted. A light burgundy. It is so classic and classy ! Very comfortable, like all Sam Edelman shoes.
