Disappointed

I was so excited for these boots, I have been depressed since my mom died 2months ago and I bought these for myself to try and cheer me up a bit. they are beautiful. However, I was nervous because they are final sale which isn't a problem I was nervous about the sizing. The boots don't zip, at all. So getting them on is a hassle. I went up half a size which was a mistake. Should have went a full size up. They won't let me exchange them for a different size which I don't understand. I don't want them returned, just exchanged. When I emailed them about it they told me to go off of other reviews which didn't tell me anything. For the price I paid for these boots I'm extremely disappointed that I won't even been able to wear them. Just keep that in mind before you by

Beautiful boots

These are a great combination of vintage and minimal western. The suede is the same color as pictured. The embellishments are well secured. They’re very expensive looking. The calf is a little wide, but that’s the style this year
