I just got my shoes I wear an 8 and bought an 8 they are not snug nor too roomy if you wear a sock but with out a sock little roomy around the ankle but I would not go down a size. I've never owned a pair of shoes with velcro so do I like. that? They don't have much support but they feel soft on will I keep them ? If you have a skinny foot they maybe too big in your true size. I personally don't like wearing socks there not bad but maybe for the money not sure I have to think about it.

super cute but couple issues
these shoes r so so super cute! kinda hard to walk in and need some breaking in but besides that they are great! the manufacturing is definitely not the best, there were a lot of loose threads and odd stains, but they are still cute lol

Absolutely perfect this season!
Even cuter in person! These are just perfect. Sam Edelman does not disappoint: High quality materials, and calf hair is 5 stars. Fit was perfect. It's a bit wider of a toe box, so perfect for my daughter with a somewhat wider foot. True to size and everyone compliments when worn.

Disappointed Quality
Iāve bought two other sneakers from this brand before and loved them, but this pair fell short. The insole is noticeably less cushioned and supportive compared to my other pairs(Isabel lace up). The craftsmanship also seems rushedāthere were loose threads around the seams, and there was a strong chemical smell when I opened the box. I really wanted to love these (the design is great!), but the quality issues forced me to return them.
