Unreliable Item description

I just purchased a pair of shoes which I believe are new, on the contrary the shoes box say Floor Sample which is mean multiple person has tried those shoes and clearly see in the shoes are not new. Why the online page don’t post the product as floor sample in order to make the decision to buy it or not. Very disappointed with Macy’s on line store and of course with the brand. I want my money back and a new pair of the same shoes.

Shoes arrived worn

Just received the shoes, they are beautiful and for some odd reason these fit better than the same size brown ones I received. However the red ones I just got from Macys were already worn, the bottom of the shoes were dirty. At the very least check the shoes before sending them. We are traveling Sunday making too tight for me to have them replaced!!! All I can do is return them

Perfect fit but foot bed too short

Beautiful, comfortable shoe absolutely beautiful color. The only problem is I am a perfect consistent 7 1/2. The shoe was a perfect fit, but my heel was hanging off when I tried the eight the heel was perfect, but the rest of the shoe was extra wide and big and the ankle strap was halfway around my ankle again return the shoe, unfortunately.

Oh my!!!

I have not worn these shoes yet but tried them on and there so comfortable and beautiful!!! Macy's is the only store that have good quality in my taste of dress shoes and 👢 boots...
