Damaged dress was sent

I saw this dress at Menlo park, liked the fit & look on me but I could not get it because the belt was missing. The dress had a belt loop. The sales associate said it was available at the Woodbridge mall and ordered it online for me. To my dismay, the dress that came in the mail had a hole in it. The belt was missing and the belt loop was badly damaged. I am not sure why a dress in that condition will be mailed out to a customer. This is very disappointing. I will have to spend time now to have it returned.

Not a good style for me- too long and the neckline was very deep. Returned

The dress is misleading looks great on the model but when received it in person the quality of farbic looks cheap
