Disappointed

I got these shoes because they looked very nice and of good quality. When I got them, yes, they are very pretty. However, the quality, I am disappointed. I got these shoes in August and we are mid November and the soles are coming undone. I’ve only worn them a couple of times and now I can’t use them anymore as I am embarrassed since they looked very nice cheap and ugly.
