Compare to othet neckpillows on the market, this one definitely has some design flaws. It is not naturally curved, so you have to force- curve it into a horseshoe shape by tightening the strings. They gradually become more and more loose, so you have to keep tightening them, otherwise the pillow becomes straight ( and that's exactly what you want to do, when trying to get some sleep). Those strings also dig in into your skin. The fabric is cheap, and while all neck pillows are nade of sinthetic fabric, this one makes your hair frizzy, when comes into a contact with it ( and if you have shoulder lenght hair or linger, it's pretty much unavoidable). l would gladly return it, if I would not use it on the plane already. I will definitely never use it again!
very comfortable travel buddy!
got this neck pillow just in time for my nearly 24-hr flight. You can either have it around neck or like a regular bolster pillow.
