    Plastic became sticky

    Used it on one trip. Took it out for a second trip. Plastic had become sticky. Unusable.

    Develops Sticky Film

    Seemed to work okay on one trip, but when we went to take them on another trip, the whole set was impossibly sticky (and our hands were then sticky for days--seriously!). The plastic seems to degrade and becomes so sticky the set is no longer usable. Don't recommend.

    Product does not work!

    We bought this converter to use in France. It has no instructions and the plug slots are poorly aligned (also read:poorly made), so I cannot plug any device into it. What a waste of money and valuable space in my luggage. Shame on Samsonite, a once reputable company-no longer. I only give it one star because the algorithm won’t let me post without a star rating.

    Very reliable travel adapter.

    Very convince All in one adapter. Used it in Europe and Africa in December 2019. Took my 110V Shaver and Coffee maker. From a good name. Really excellent.

    I would only buy them once and use them for ever.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would of used it on a trip to England and the Netherlands but with the Covid 19 situation I will not be able to use them. (TEARS)
