Travel

I bought this awesome looking bag not even a week ago, and it's falling apart. It is tearing at the sides. I'm embarrassed at work and cant wait to exchange it or get a refund. Very disappointed.

Design is a bit outdated, looks cheap

This briefcase model doesn't seem to be sold anywhere other than Macy's but I took the chance since it seems to hold more than other similar products. The bag ended up looking like an old laptop bag from 15 years ago.It's hard to explain but I've shown it to a bunch of friends and family members and they all said the same thing- that the styling looks old. Also, the bag just doesn't feel or look very premium. Multiple people thought it was a Targus bag or other similar utilitarian brand, something more appropriate for college students than a businessman. I was hoping it would look nice enough to carry to business meetings but it really is more for everyday commuter use. It does have lots of good functional compartments and pockets, which I do like.

Very roomy, and just what he needed!

Son-in-law was very happy with this gift briefcase! He needed an extremely roomy and durable briefcase and this met his requirements! So glad I took the chance with this one without seeing it in person first.
