Shoddy cart

This cart is poorly made, It is neither heavy or proportioned to carry any size luggage. I tried to move a light weight item and the straps didn’t hold it on the cart. The plastic was badly cut as well. I’m disappointed that Samsonite made this, I expected better from them.

Curbside

What is curbside pickup when you have to go inside to pick up my order. It took forever for someone to pick up the phone. Then they couldn’t find my order. So I had to go in side to get my order. Don’t have curbside service if you can’t handle it. Sad.
