I was looking for a bag to replace a bag I have to carry. The description on line seemed good. However, when I went to pack the bag it did not work as expected. If you are packing anything other than flat things, it really doesn’t accommodate them. I put in a small camera, in the main compartment, and had to squeeze the bag to get it zipped. In addition, it’s very stiff. So in order to get anything out you have to unzip each compartment fully. You can’t just unzip a little and reach in for something. In addition, you can’t really stack it on another case because of the wheels. I’m very disappointed because I was hoping this bag would help me travel more easily.

I didn’t know I could love a bag this much 😍
I have used this nearly non-stop for 2 years. It has been extremely durable, fits easily in overhead compartments or under the seat on airplanes. It holds my laptop, tablet, chargers, mini keyboard, books, and extensive accessories while being extremely easy to maneuver. I have piled heavy tote bags on top and the handle has been very durable. It was just a tad too small to hold a full sized keyboard but once I got a new portable keyboard it has been no problem at all. I cannot recommend this bag highly enough - I hope they continue this model and keep up its quality forever! I recommend it to everyone I know and the minute mine gives out, I will get another!

Almost perfect!
I’ve had the bag for a month and used it for a few days. Beautiful bag, functional and holds day to day work essentials to an overnight stay. The only issue is the handles; it does not secure. I would it it to be a bit more firm. The locks are not as secure either. I need to adjust them slowly and try to force the locks to secure in place as it quickly retracts.

Too small
I like the look and quality of it, but it’s too small. I used to carry a book bag to work, and I replaced it with this since I recently had back surgery and didn’t want to carry the backpack. Unfortunately, this could not fit all my files and notebooks. The backpack fit more items than this bag.

Not an underseater bag
Great bag, not an underseater though. I wish they had an underseater that had two main compartments like this one.

The Retractable push button handle is very weak!
The Retractable push button handle is weak n not function well. I don't think it will survive my daily commute beating! Compare to my old underseat samsonite. However, i do like the bag. Its well designed n has many compartments for storage. I hope it will last.

Love it, but didn't last long.
I love the design and space. It is perfect for my consistent short work trips. However the wheels are giving out after 1 year. Wheels have not be the smoothest which has effected the handle from all the pulling. It's uncomfortable to roll around the busy airport. Samsonite should work on smoother wheels then this bag would be perfect.
