I have been a Macys platinum customer for years and this is the first time I'm writing a bad review. I bought the Samsonite luggage cover on 10/6/2025. I was really excited when I received an email stating that the item will be delivered on 10/13/2025. Unfortunately, when I checked my mail box on 10/13/2025, I saw a small plastic bag with a hand towel inside. I immediately called Macys to cancel the order and tried to place another order with a different color since the color I wanted was no longer available but the representative refused to honor the price. I'm really disappointed.

OPEN BOX ITEM
Bought two suitcase covers on sale. One was brand new the other was what appeared to be a returned item, as it was already opened and unfolded. Should have received a discount or a brand new one.

Too small
It was more expensive than the others I found online but I chose it because the print was beautiful and I trusted the Samsonite brand. After all, my luggage is a Samsonite. But the cover was too small although my luggage is only 25" and the cover was suppose to fit up to 26. Must return. Too bad.

Nice Material
Nice prints. The material seems durable. However, there is only one opening on the top. Samsong 24" should have two openings. One for the handle and one for the retatable handle.

You posted a pic and saying suitcase was dot sale not suitcase cover when it came I was shocked I received cover not suitcase false advertisement

Mystery Order? Review Items I don’t have??
I have not picked up the luggage or the suitcase cover because it (the cover) is the remaining item of my order that has not arrived at Macy’s yet! Until all three items are at Macy’s, I am not picking anything up! Don’t know what is going on or why I am receiving messages to rate items I haven’t received…? I didn’t ask anyone to pick up, pay for, refund or buy a duplicate set of these same items…Macy’s, you need to look in to it!
