Samsonite quality

My husband loves this briefcase. It's sturdy, made of beautiful leather and is very roomy and a perfect size. Zippers work easily and straps are well made.

Lovely item. The only reason I returned it is because my husband wanted a hard brief case (or attache case).

Cheaters..used bag

Macy shipped me a used laptop bag soiled with food waste. They have not mentioned that this bag was used anywhere in the website. Whoever returned it after using it, are cheaters. Their food box opened, the gravy spilled and returned. Reaturning after soiling is unethical. I ask anyone not to buy from macy online. Go to amazon. They are professional.

Does not last

Bought this about two years ago from macy's thinking it was good value for money (compared to Tumi which is quite expensive). The bag is great in terms of functionality - has many pockets and adequate room and worked well for me but now the edges have started fraying and it looks terrible - unlike my previous Tumi briefcase which looks new even after 5 years (but unfortunately was stolen)..
