Excellent purchase

We purchased specifically for our 4 day trip. Surprisingly it was roomy enough for both of us. The inside zipper helped to keep our things separate. Love the color and how smooth it moves.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed in this luggage. Purchased it for my sons first trip overseas...the zipper split open! Didn’t expect this from Samsonite! I was going to purchase one for myself as it looked like good luggage. I guess never trust appearances.

I don't usually write reviews but I must on this thing. Took this new 25" spinner on 2wk Euro trip to several countries via plane. Family and I have owned several great Samsonite pieces over the years that also went on this trip (Samsonite Silhouette XV). But while this 16 is a great bag capacity and looks-wise, the handle design is flawed. In 2 words: it sucks! Stupid thing kept collapsing with just the slightest touch. Maybe I was holding it wrong I thought. Nope. Hold it on the side: collapse. Push slightly with just your index finger anywhere on the top without even depressing button: collapse. Freaking annoying collapsing anytime it was being rolled. Swear to God the thing collapsed on its own if you stared it down. Good thing it was checked luggage. Took it back to store next day after trip ended hoping to exchange when the clerk and I realized this was a flaw with everyone of these 25" 16s. C'mon Samsonite. Step up your game on this bag or get it off the market. Would've given this less than 1 star but no such option exists. Save your money people and look elsewhere. Happy trails.
