Was going on my first trip since I purchased this suitcase and it will not open. it's past the return date and I guess I'm stuck with it. Yes I read all instructions, watched YouTube and called the company. Apparently a code was previously put in the suitcase and they can't reset it.

I received a DENTED and dirty old stock!!!
I really liked this carry-on but Macy’s shipped a “DENTED and dirty old stock”! I hope Macy’s will exchange it! If not, will return it! I am DISAPPOINTED!

The handle of the suitcase is faulty
The handle of the suitcase cannot be opened, and it cannot be retracted after being forcibly opened. I'm sorry, I am indeed confused! I purchased it online and I'm not sure if I can return it? How to return?

Luggage
I placed an order about 15 minutes ago. In error I order 3 pieces of luggage. I only meant to order to and 2 different sizes. Tried customer service, but did not reach a real person. Please cancel the duplication. Thank you!

Please dont purchase this luggage. Terrible product. The handle gives way in few usage. I purchase one in march 2024 and already back on the market seeking a replacement luggage Wish i can get a refund on this product.
