I do try different brand suitcases but I must say I am in love with Silhouette 17 Hardside Medium Expandable Spinner. it is perfect and great to travel and for week-long trips. it came with many different inserts in the bag, which is perfect for segregating travel kits while packing. It also comes with a suiter insert to help keep items like suits and/or dress shirts from becoming a wrinkled mess. the most I like most about this bag is that it’s very sturdy and heavy-duty. Very happy to have this Spinner.

This is nice-looking luggage. Unfortunately, it got significantly damaged on my first trip (even after attaching a fragile sticker for the airline care handling). Literally, just in the first trip I used the luggage. Perhaps it is the material construction of the luggage that failed. Maybe it was a bad unit in the batch of production with poor quality control. I will try to contact customer service, and I hope they will answer my claim of this 400 luggage.

Not what I expected to be. Wheels don't run smoothly and is pretty narrow luggage for medium size, so not much space and is weirdly organised inside

It’s really not that great it had a broken zipper and extremely flimsy for the amount that we’re paying for the luggage

I travel every other month flying in excess of 5000 miles (ITO to PDX) for the past 3 years. This is the on piece of luggage I use. Whether I check it in or carey it on, it has been reliable, so sturdy and expands easily. The wheels glide, they don't just move. Easily maneuvers wherever you want it to go. The exterior: has not scratched or been marred in any way. It easily wipes clean with soap and warm water. The zipper: I have stuffed this luggage so much, that it weighs too much for carry-on. To be able to expand so much that I have to sit on it to zip it up and do that regularly with no pulling or breaking the zipper is its best asset! Samsonite truly is the number one luggage manufacturer. I need to buy several of the 27 inch check in bags for my big move!
