Suitcase cracked upon first use

The suitcase rolled nicely and held lots of clothes. However, the first time I used it, the top corner of the case cracked when it was in the possession of the airport personnel. We tried to glue it, but we do not know if it will hold. I expected it to be stronger and hold up better. I don't know if I must replace it or if it it can still be used. I excepted more from this brand.

Flimsy Luggage

This luggage was used twice. was fine the second time it caved in and when I tried to straighten the huge dent it looks as if it's starting to crack. I would like luggage replaced.The first time was fine, the second time it caved in and when I tried to straighten it out the huge dent looks as if it's cracking. I would like a replacement. I can bring it into any Macy's to swap it out for another piece of luggage.

Great Hardcase Luggage, Light, Durable

I bought the navy blue-colored version for my husband in 2019 and over 3 years later I can confirm this is a great piece of luggage! My husband travels for work so he is gone more days than he his home and he loves this bag and it has held up! The hardcase is all intact with scraches etc. of course yet it still looks good even though it is worn. The spinner wheels are fantastic and make moving this bag super easy. Nothing really bad to say about it.
