I received a used and damaged luggage. The wheels clearly show that this has been used. I understand that your return policy might accept used items without questions but to resell a clearly damaged and used luggage is completely unacceptable.

What a mess! 🤬
Terrible experience! We ordered 2 carryon bags and 2 large checked bags on the app. Before we received anything, Macy’s canceled the 2 large bags saying they were no longer available. Instead of receiving a small bag, we received a large bag and it says the small bag is as delivered. Still waiting on the “other” small bag, which has been processing for 10 days. When Macy’s canceled the 2 large bags, we placed an order for 2 different carryons and 2 different large bags. So far, we have received 3 of those 4 bags and after 10 days, we’re not sure if we will ever receive the 4th. What a mess! I’ve had to create a spreadsheet to track items shipped, pending and delivered! 🤬

wheel keeps falling off
I bought a suitcase for trip used it one time the wheel keep popping off and I can’t get any help from customer service from Macy’s or Samsonite. I thought I was paying for quality so I didn’t mind paying the price. Boy was I wrong. It says it has a 10 year warranty, but you can’t get a hold of anybody to get help

Another lost customer Macy's!
I’m giving one star because I can’t give zero. I ordered a new Samsonite hard cover spinner, but what I received today was in terrible condition—scratched, dusty, dirty, and clearly used. Great job, Macy's. When you respond with your usual canned reply, remember that this kind of service is why you're losing customers. I’ll be returning this item, and I feel sorry for whoever gets it next.

Trouble
Bought 2 for my son and DIL as gifts. On its first use spinner wheel came apart on 1 of the bags. . Took forever to get any help from Samsonite. Emailed all the info/pic needed. Finally got response- they have no replacement part available. Closest Samsonite repair is an hour and a half away!

Was so Dissappointed. Recieved used/returned luggage. C’mon Macy’s i know i bought it on sale but atleast you cleaned it up. Scratches all over!!! Will return
