used 3 times then BROKE

I've used this suitcase THREE times and the zippers BROKE while in Costa Rica. How am I supposed to get my belongings home now? The suitcase was not over stuffed & was gently used. Yes you never know how they're handled in baggage but isn't that what they're supposed to be designed for? I purchased a Samsonite because it's supposed to be quality. Obviously it is not. I will never purchase another Samsonite item.

Zippers Broke but Spins Good

Suitcase spins great and you can squeeze a lot of items in it so you can carry on only; however, the inside zipper broke already. No way of fixing so now I have to purchase another one--will look at other brands. Should have listened to the reviews.

Perfect suitcase

Love this suitcase. We had a similar model that lasted for 13 years. We got another one as a replacement. It is roomy and durable.

Bad zipper

The zipper broke after 6 months, only used 3 times. Very disappointed! Can’t be returned.
