Clock stopped working

I bought this Samsun model of microwave about 6 years ago. It has been an okay microwave but the clock stopped keeping correct time about 2 years ago although it seems to cook at the correct timing when operating. I will not buy a Samsung again.

Worst Microwave Ever

I wouldn't give this microwave any stars. I have had the microwave for only 4 years and it stopped heating food last weekend. It had been on the decline for a while now. Since day one the clock would reset daily and wipe out the time and other settings. The book claims that it will do it when there has been a loss of power but it does it for no reason at all. The dark glass with the dark interior and crappy light makes it impossible to see inside while cooking, always hated that. It is hands down the WORST microwave I have ever owned and the shortest lived microwave too. I have never had a microwave break before ever, not in the past 45 years but I am glad it is gone and I love my new microwave, this time not a Samsung. I have 6 Samsung TV's and Samsung washer and dryer but never again for a microwave.

Obituary for my microwave

Clock started resetting after 2 years and just died today. Tried troubleshooting steps in manual with no success.

Good microwave and heat food evenly

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Good design microwave and easy to use. There are predefined setting for specific food and those works well. Like that you can increase the time by 10 secs with one press and the touch buttons are responsive.
