Great picture, disappointing reliability

Overall, I am satisfied with the TV in terms of picture quality and performance. However, I was disappointed that the TV’s modem failed after only one year of use. Even though the issue was covered under warranty, the repair process took several months, which was inconvenient and frustrating. I also do not find it acceptable for a major component to fail after such a short period of time. Because of these issues, my experience with reliability and after-sales service was not fully satisfactory.
