Died after 4 years!!!

This Tv died after 4 years. This is the first time in my entire life I have had a TV do that. There was no user damage at all, just one day stopped working. I am extremely upset and probably would not be buying another Samsung product if this is the quality I can expect.

Samsung 75"

Great sized TV, easy to mount. Volume control stops working every couple days if TV is not fully turned off. Have to restart TV to get volume control from remote again.
